Winter Terrace Solutions: Perimeter Screens & Side Curtains for Julie’s, Holland Park

At Morco, we’ve had the pleasure of working on the beautiful outdoor terrace at Julie’s in Holland Park over the years. For our most recent brief, we were tasked with creating a warm, sheltered space where guests could enjoy their dining experience, even during the colder months. Our solution? Two bespoke perimeter screens and four retractable curtains, meticulously crafted to integrate seamlessly with the existing Terrace Awnings.

One of the most significant advantages of our bespoke manufacturing approach is the control it gives us over every detail. Every screen, every curtain, and every fixture was designed, measured, and built in-house. This ensured a precise fit to the existing awnings, no matter how complex the architectural nuances. The perimeter screens were powder-coated for enhanced durability and resistance against the elements, providing robust protection from wind and rain. Meanwhile, the retractable side and front curtains offer a layer of flexibility, allowing thoroughfare and ventilation when required while still maintaining an enclosed, cosy environment.

These additions aren’t just functional – they elevate the visual appeal of the terrace, blending seamlessly with the existing architecture and maintaining the refined charm that Julie’s is known for.
